 We train our technicians to clean exhaust systems to the standards established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). We evaluate the work performed by our technicians on a regular basis to ensure our standards of performance are being met. We educate our technicians regarding the proper methods of cleaning exhaust systems as well as how to discover and document exhaust system deficiencies.
We communicate with our clients. Our clients are provided a written proposal detailing the work to be accomplished by TPW as well as NFPA system deficiencies. We track each client's hood cleaning schedule and call weeks in advanced to set appointments. We give our customers a reminder call the day of our scheduled appointment. Our technicians call prior to departing our office to provide a last reminder of our scheduled visit. Each customer is called the next day to ensure their satisfaction with the service. Any issues created by our service are dealt with as soon as possible. In short, we keep trying until our customer is satisfied!

Tidewater Pressure Washing, LLC was established in 1996. We began in a garage, with one used van, performing exhaust cleaning on 1 or 2 customers per week. Today, TPW's corporate office is located in Virginia Beach and we have a branch office in Richmond, VA. Together the two locations can service the entire state of Virginia. We currently operate 9 service vehicles which typically service in excess of 16 customers each business day.
